Summer Schedule 6/4 - 9/3
NO 9 am Church School
(except Adult Class 6/4 - 6/18)
During Worship — ENGAGE
Age 3 through 5th grade
(After Children's Message or at
10:30 am on Communion Sundays)
ENGAGE is a story time with a follow-up activity [eg., arts, crafts, movement, music] thatextends the idea of the story.
Nursery (ages 0-4)
Nursery care is offered each week during Sunday School and worship.

NEW!  Grab & go breakfast beginning Sept. 25. Come to the Narthex a 9 am to grab a bagel & coffee and go to your class. (Food for the young children will be taken to their classroom.) The breakfast closes at 9:15 am.
Look for this to resume on Sunday, September 10.
9 am CHURCH SCHOOL SCHEDULE [Resumes Sunday, Sept. 10]

Multi-Age Class (ages 5-10)
The class uses the "Holy Moly" curriculum. Children will learn stories of the Bible using video and crafts directed by the curriculum.
Nursery/Preschool Class
The children in the nursery preschool class will hear each week the same Bible story the older children will be studying in the elementary class.
Youth Class (grades 6-12)
The youth class will offer a variety of approaches for faith exploration and spiritual development via art, music, literature, cooking, and the "reForm:Ancestry" curriculum for the New Testament.
Adult Classes —
The Present Word — Bible study using PC(USA) curriculum materials to explore how the scriptures relate to everyday life.  Meets in Pastors Room off Fellowship Hall. The student book will be provided.
Video Series - "Violence Divine: Overcoming the Bible's Betrayal of Its Non-violent God (continuing 6/4 - 6/18)—Videos of lectures by John Dominic Crossan summarizing his book, How to Read the Bible and Still Be Chirstian .  Crossan grapples with scripture's conflicting visions of God and Jesus—at times depicting a loving God, and at times a vengeful God.
